DIY: Baking Soda Uses

For smooth, radiant skin, give yourself a gentle facial and body scrub.  Make a paste of 3 parts Baking Soda to 1 part water. Rub in a circular motion to exfoliate skin and remove dead skin cells. Rinse. Gentle enough for daily use!
**Enhance by including 1 part ground oatmeal.  Leaves skin feeling nourished and refreshed.
Add 1/2 cup of baking soda to laundry, it helps remove grease stains from clothing & can keep whites whiter.
  1. Place an open box of baking soda in your refridgerator to absorb smells
  2. Liberally sprinkle baking soda on top of the trash.
  3. Cleaning:
  1. Scour the sinks **May add vinegar to improve the shine of stainless steel
  2. Bathtub-instead of using harsh cleaning products **Really good for smaller bathrooms with less ventilation

Our Weekend

The morning started with chocolate chip pancakes(w/powdered sugar) & homemade lemonade

Lunch at my FAVORITE veggie/vegan burgers ANYWHERE..
I get mine wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun, and with a side of steamed cauliflower instead of fries. My bf had pork ribs, garlic fries(equally amazing) and colesaw

After lunch we headed to the fair
Petting zoos used to be so much fun as a child, but this time I felt bad for the animals :( I'm sure they'd have rather been elsewhere
I was told if you turn your back on a llama they'll try to chase you..
I tried..he didn't care!
